Beers

Man, you guys love your Unibroues! Of course, they are tasty. I haven't tried the Maudite yet.

I thought I heard a while back that Sleeman bought Unibroue. I can find Unibroues all around here on the Southeastern U.S. coast - but no Sleeman. Bummer.

I don't know about them guys, but I do. I said earlier, there's only a couple beers that will pull me away from IPAs lately, and that's these Unibroue beers.

Since it comes so highly recommended:

had one of these to wind down the day, and in search of more, found 5 more Mackesons!

Cool glass, GREAT beer! Those give me weird dreams too, of little pink elephants.

beers don't bother me, but roughage... big salads...I get nightmares that one day I will write out to manuscripts of a movie or two... remember "Amazing Stories"?? :ror:

Well, I have put down 2 of the satan fueled flying canoe beers now and must say it is delicious!

Compared to it's unibroue cousin La Fin Du Monde the flavors are tame. It has big roasted malt taste with an alcohol bite, good stuff!

Thanks to EeePee for the fantastic recommendation! "thumbsup"

Since you guys are on the Unibrow kick, have you tried Maredsous? Maredsous can be compared to Trois Pistoles, but it has "less going on" in the flavor department.

When you like intense flavors you end up grabbing them from all over the spectrum!

What ever happened to a plain old bitter, almost impossible to buy around the west coast.

Friday starts the weekend!

I am not a beer guy at all, did some reading on ciders today and had to stop and grab this on my way home from work. I could get into these.

Hope it's ok to post them in here.

On EeePee's recommendation I picked this up yesterday in preperation of the Korea F1 race tonight. Had to get some of my stand by as well since they haven't had it for a while.
