Blue Spyder JK by CFM: Sons new rig

When I saw the slack in my winchline as I was backing up, I didn't know what was going on !! LOL I looked over the edge of that bluff we had to climb up (thanks Josh !) And saw your rig just walking up it , I was shocked...took me a winch and my pullpal to scale it, once I got you over the first major vertical climb those tires and foams did the rest of the work..it was awesome to watch that's for sure!

Wish there was video, would be a true testament for the PitBull tires, as if there was any doubt how great they are.

I have been watching this come along, I was a skeptical of the 2.2 JK and the way you cut the fenders...but man did this come together. Where do we get harnesses for our seats?

great build....I too want vid!

Thanks. There will be a CFM signature line offered from Full_Throttle. They will be the 4 point RCI clones like mine above.

I forgot to mention I love the front bumper....wish it had small welds like the cage but the design is awesome!

Bumper is also a special edition that will only be sold through me, built by BGR to our specs. They are higher clearance than normal and keep everything nice and tight with protection in mind. I was extremely happy with how it performed this last weekend.

I really wish there was some footage of this killer wall you speak of...

It was the hardest part of the whole event I would say...I watched 3 rigs tumble down it hard...and Clay tried it a couple times before I did...I drove up as far as possible ( maybe 1/4 of the way) and had to winch myself the rest of the way with my pullpal...once I got Clay over the big verticle climb he caught up to my rig which was attempting to pull him up...lol...crazy stuff..I'm sure somebody can get a pic of the rock..would be nice to see somebody try climbing it, I saw Josh shooting some video I thought, but he was just up the hill past this obstacle

Ran a g6 style event last weekend locally and lost a front MIP drive pin drying the TTC. Was bummed out.

How did you not take a spare???

Sliders look good by the way. Clean and simple....

Never ran them in my life and didn't figure an underpowered rig would be a problem for them. I replaced the pin with a cutdown Allen wrench. If they fail again ill be swapping in maxx shafts like always. They have never failed me and WAY lighter.

You must drive better than I Good Sir! If its part of a rig I have broken it.....
I do agree Max shafts are better and I always try to run them. But I have broken a few of them as well.
Slowly starting to use up all those "scale points" with actual spares. That I do like!

Well duh!!!! Lol.
Playing, I do drive more cautious than most while still being a performer and always going out to do my best. I'm just not in the mindset to go wfo and destroy stuff for the sake of video or pics, or finish. I'd rather someone talk trash then be going home with broke stuff having to spend more money and time. I'm old

Don't tell Clay that... It'll goto his head and then he won't build or post stuff for us to look at.

Oh there's plenty more to come from me. Finishing up some cool builds now and the next round of builds are just as cool. And since "Showcase" has already sold before I even finished it, I have to start myself another "personal" build.

Got to steal my sons rig and run another club G6 today.
Night before I rewired the truck, cleaned it up, and is now running 3s and waterproof.
Truck performed awesome again today, especially for being untested again.
No failures.
Took 2nd by 40 seconds and all because I was watching someone else whole driving on a flat section and drove over a flag on a wide open gate.
We had heavy rains the night before which made it extremely slippery on the East Texas Clay and definitely glad I volted up for wheel speed.
Also took my wife and step daughter today and it was their first time in a 1:1. My wife loved but daughter was terrified.
