I've been asked many times if the brake light controller's output could be shut off. This is it!

Two of the controllers are shown in this picture.

This controller watches the throttle signal to send power to your brake and reverse lights. It will send power to a driving light output that will turn on when you are going forward. If you don't touch the throttle, the brakes come on. If the brakes are on for thirty seconds, the hazard output flashes on and off until you move the throttle again.

There is another input on the controller that connects to a two position channel for activating your headlights. When the headlights are on, the tail lights also come on. The tail lights are actually the brake lights which will be lit dimly when the brakes aren't on.

There is also a pair of pins that are "always on" for your convenience.
Part Number: BKFWRVHSW
$45 for this controller, plus shipping.

LED and resistor Pack $10
I can offer the following LEDs for a low price
6 of White 5mm LEDs (two for headlights, two for reverse lights, two for driving lights)
2 of Red 5mm LEDs (for brake/tail lights)
4 of Orange 5mm LEDs (for Hazard lights)
That's 12 LEDs complete with the proper resistors. You just have to wire them to the controller

Here is a guide for wiring LEDs. Give it a try!

Just wanted to say that I got my controller yesterday and couldn't wait to see it in action.

so after about 4 hours of soldering and wiring I had it working.
its bad ass.
I have the headlight and tail lights switched, and its rad that I can turn them on and off. the brake lights work great and reverse is very helpful in the dark.
the hazards are just cool to see when it sits there for a min or two.

I used a 6x2 .1" plug so when I remove the body I just have 1 plug to hassle with.

heres some pix of the install.

Thanks for the great products. "thumbsup"

Ok, I have another question. Tough one. For the most part this controller would fit my new desire perfectly. I have your older original Brake/Reverse and Driving light controller in my rig now. Works great. Looking to upgrade to something with more features and remote on/off capabilities like this one. What I would like to do.

I have side marker lights on my rig. I would like those to always be on but blink when hazard mode engages.

I do not yet have hazard lights in the front or rear of my rig but am thinking of adding them. I don't want those on all the time but only engage when the hazard mode engages. Not like turn signals though...don't want that function...just want them to blink when vehicle not moving.

Is there anyway to do that?

Are you going to be selling these through RPP also?
RPP hasn't approached me about this item.

I'm sure I could come up with a controller to fit your needs. Always happy to do custom work!
Send me a PM if you want me to do this and we can work out a price.
