cboggs' DOMINATOR Bully 2

God I hate the tire eating holes of rip rap, that place looks like it has some nice lines though, I like the last pic with the wrinkled up tar and the "I gotta poop face". :ror:

Thats my "oh crap" my cars sliding into a hole on the finish gate face!"thumbsup"

I got a bunch of video of the rig too--trying to catch up on my comp stuff...

If they release a super version I am all over them...

Notice a difference with the non 8* stuff vs your XR?

I like the way it drives a lot better, seems to dig easier. Definitely a difference, but Ive had a berg before and always liked the way they drove, this is the same way. I won't be going to the 8* when it comes out."thumbsup"

Cool, I am excited to see how the non 8* feels, I have not driven that setup since my first ax10 based rig.

Be sure to turn your end points down when you get it together. I had them maxed out on my 4PKS (120) when running the XR, now they are down to 60! This steering setup is so much easier on your servo it barely gets warm."thumbsup"

Yeah I read in napas thread that the shorter knuckle arms make the steering faster than the xr setup, I hope the rest of my bearings are here today I am ready to complete the switch.

With all those scratchs I'll give you 100$ and you can ship those axles my way!
Don't bother to clean them...
:mrgreen::mrgreen:

Rowdy, where did you get the list of the bearings ? How much for the whole set ?

After several "adjustments" we got the correct list...

Below is the bearing count and sizes:

Front:
10 * 5 x 10 x 4
2 * 5 x 9 x 3
2 * 10 x 15 x 4
2 * 8 x 12 x 3.5
2 * 8 x 16 x 5

Rear:
12 * 5 x 10 x 4
2 * 5 x 9 x 3
2 * 2 x 15 x 4

Depends on which grade you get, I have as much in the bearings as I do the axles, but I like nice bearings.

Here's my final count for both axles:

4@5 x 9 x 3 mm

22@5 x 10 x 4 mm

2@8 x 12 x 3.5 mm

2@8 x 16 x 5 mm

4@10 x 15 x 4 mm

I dunno about you guys, but I have my steering arm connected to the innermost hole on my servo arm, lock to lock is EXACTLY 100% on my 4PLS, and of course, the closer you have the steering arm to the output gear of the servo, the more torque it will make (run even cooler!).

Parts from NCD showed up today, thanks Tomy! Fit and finish on these are top notch, all holes lined right up."thumbsup"
