i recentley got a mini crawler pro. of course i had to bug all the parts. the steering servo was the last part. i drove it once! stripped steering servo. bought another, thinking i got a dud. same thing. 10 minute run, its toast. i went to my hobby shop to get another but i asked them if there was an upgrade servo? no, closest thing would be a airplane servo. what should do?

I Imagine this will get moved... but there are a few things to start with.
Do you have adjustable endpoints (epa) on your radio? If so you may want to start dialing those back(less movement) so it is not burning out your sevos. IF not than you need to invest in a better servo. Hitec 1/10 645mg is a great starter for the MRC. The mount on the PRO lets you mount standard 1/10 scale servos on the tray. So you shouldn't be limited to 1/18 servos which just don't have enough juice(torque).

Read through the MRC (mini rock crawler) section here on RCC and you will find answers upon answers.

Good luck
