Hey Aaron,
What type of car or axles will you be using this on?
The Mayhem wheels might cause some issues with my Delrin hubs. Mayhem uses a different bolt pattern than the typical SLW wheels do. Depending on the type of car and how wide you want to be, you might want me to make some custom 0 offset hubs out of 7075 aluminum. If this is the case, all I would need to know is the bolt pattern and I should be able to make some. You could also try the Delrin hubs and drill the hub bolts yourself?
Another option is to go back to a more typical hex setup. You could get a hex from a Bully axle and that would allow you to use the Mayhem hub that you already have. Supershafty.com also used to make a hex for a 8mm axle shaft, you might want to ask him.
More than one person has had a hard time figuring out the way the Delrin hub works. Here are some pictures and instructions. Pretty simple once you do it one time.
