I am not as crazy as the guys in the video. It takes a bit for me to get my "jumping balls" back, the more you bike, the more natural it will feel. The more you build up your muscles in your forearms will help you too.
It sounds funny but I used to practice bunny hopping over empty cardboard soda cases. A few years back I used to be able to roll up and clear 15 or so inchs…..pretty good for a bike that weighed 55lbs! :shock:My new Trek weighs about 25ish. Just start small and work up slowly."thumbsup"
But I got to say, DHing is a blast!
