Running SSZ's? Mine are extremely close and the slop in the stub will likely cause some rubbing but not enough for me to be concerned. Like I was saying, I plan on shimming the stubs to try and take up that slack.
Yeah the SSZs. The shim job may do the trick! I may horse trade the SSZs for some V6s or something:mrgreen:
 
I have the exact same knuckle weight setup and it comes in at
4.05oz. "thumbsup"

I'm still running 1oz. Extra in each wheel to keep my weight exactly where it was previously.

Thanks man, that is about what I was thinking but forgot to weigh it. :roll: That is actually a little more than I was running before, I am not 100% sure if I will leave it at that or not. The SSZ's are just a hair heavier than an SLW, so that helps a little.

SLW = 1.9 oz
SSZ = 2.3 oz

Still running 350 hubs at all 4 corners.

Not sure how those wheels stack up to the slw's as far as track width, but I have run all widths and by far the 475's in front and 600's rear have done the absolute most for overall stability and performance. Also try a few more ounces in the fronts...I know lightweight is the trend but think along the lines of the fully slugged dirty harrys and you will be on to something."thumbsup"

There is much more slop in the front stubs then I am ok with. I am going to start by shimming the bearings. We'll see how that goes when I get some shims.

Maybe a buddy can hook you up with some LCC pinion shims. I used 4 per side, between the hex pin and the bearing, to take out the majority of the slop. Nice fit around the stub's diameter, and tight enough so they ride up against the inner race of the outer knuckle bearing.

Pretty sure I have those offsets laying around. I will fatten the rig up a little more too. I just sorted put my link concerns and should have that done by next week at the latest.

I think I was the only one who owned an LCC around here. That's a great tip though, I appreciate it.

They have not arrived yet as far as I know. They should be stateside and to distributors in about a month.

ow lucky you...bad ass servo...love my bls152, cant wait to step it up to the
ultimate Futaba HV, good work on getting them to make one 8)
