What setup do you have (programming)?
I've done a reset and reprogramming of the esc's but I still think they are
a bit nervous and twitchy.
I run a 4pl with dual fxr's and Tekin 45T pro, cc bec and s9157.

We had the pleasure of setting up next to Cammo & the Aussie boys at Nats. He didn't waste much time before coming over & waving those HOGS in my face. I shoulda got em then & there but got distracted & flat forgot. Pics do NOT do em justice. Heavy duty would be an understatement.

You should check out the sticky Harley has posted for 4pk setup. 4pl users have found it quite informative.

this is a bad to the bone rig, keep the weight in all the right places, keep it low but keep the ground clearance high...hell yeah

How do the Gens Ace 450's compare to the Maxamp 430's you used to run, punch wise?
I still run them both actually. Blind I could never tell the difference between them, even with the small gauge wire on the Gen Ace's.

Have you ever tried elite batteries from CBP? Or Hyperion? Curious how they compare
I ran some of the Hyperions last year at Disney, I didn't find them to be any more worth it. I really haven't been a fan of Hyperion since their whole "high charge rate" deal :roll:

Good to know. I run them but haven't tried many others. I started with park fly junk and went to hyp and couldn't believe the difference. I was just curious how other cheap batteries stacked up
Replaces the last of the 5x8's and gives a little more rigidity especially for the shaft the transfer gear is on. Its definitely not a necessity but that's the reasoning.

Has VP thought of making a bottom axle cover to match up with the top? Just wondering. I'd love to have an all blue or silver axle case. Its not like they wouldn't sell 'em.

I doubt they will, the plastic lowers slide over rocks alot better than aluminum would.
