Great shipping and packaging...got my motor yesterday, good thing you guys packaged it properly...the packaging was all torn up and ripped...like someone kicked it all the way to my door...:shock:

motor didn't have a scratch on it...."thumbsup"
 
I ordered two 55t TorqueMaster Pro's on 1-31-13 and haven't received them yet. It is coming up on 5 weeks. I've emailed a few times with no reply. Doe's anyone know what is going on? I read of such great service, but all I need is some reply as to why it is taking so long. I don't want to be a pain-just curious.
 
I had a few bumps in the road over the past month. I was put out for a week with kidney stones and then my wife had our baby. Also had a worker decide that work wasn't so important, just fired him and started training a new one. A good tripple whammy in the worst part of the year, and emails have been very difficult to catch up on. I'll search through emails and see if I can find yours, I'm about 500 deep right now and slowly digging out.
 
Read the post right above so I understand no reply to emails I sent as well, sounds like a lot hit at once and congrats on the new baby. My first email was a stupid question that I answered myself but the second one was about I sent my hh motor in for a rebuild yesterday I knew of something that needed to be replaced on it during rebuild and was wondering if I should pay then or later for that part. Last question is I shipped my motor off yesterday (you should receive it today) and purchased a rebuild and payed for the shipping in the website, why did i receive a shipping confirmation and number from you yesterday as well? Ha kind of three me a curveball with that one! Thanks for the help and service.

Sent an email yesterday requesting a timeline on a Torquemaster Pro 540 in 35t , No response yet. Now I know why. Life happens.
