Actualy its too big, I have to use the collet chuck to grab stuff that small, the flats on the 3 jaw are to big. Thats one of the small lathes, we have a 32' manual lathe and a 20' cnc. Also theres a G&L vertical lathe that will swing 8' wide parts.
i finally am getting my shop finished. it's actually a shop in side my big shop.it's 13'x20' i needed a place that was more climate controlled than my 40 x 60 shop. here's some pics:

all thats left to do is baseboard, and a little trim painting.i need to install the satellite t.v. too.i would take a pic of the other side of the main room,but its got my grandma's old flowery couch . i've gotta get a cover for it. but hey, it was free"thumbsup"
