Yeah, I had 44's on my 97 TJ running 35's with no problems. I did'nt know if people were having problems wit the new 44's
I still think DUDE could answer these questions better. He's been wheelin since 1985 and is a traditionalist.
But here is my thought. You can break anything at any time. I've seen people blow up 44's running 33's.
I broke a 31 spline 9" shaft with 35's on one of my TJ's with the stock engine and a 3.8 atlas. I think the Rubi's 44's will do fine with 35's but it's still a big tire...and with the 4:1, it is very possible to break a shaft, which isn't the end of the world...but I'd like to just throw in a 60 cause I can.
