*** May 14th - BBQ & Comp for ETXRCC ***

I have a pop up and a table coming with me. I would like to see you guys running the G6 being honest about your penalties. I am trying to get my 1,9 together and do have a 2.2 that is coming along. I'm not into water or mud so I may just put a park ranger sticker on it and drive around taking notes.

Sounds like a fun weekend I'm going to miss out on.

Common Eric, you can't get Ric or somebody else from your local club to come up for the day?

any pics of g6 trail eddie?

We have not laid out flags yet, so I don't have much to show. I'll see if I can post a few pics though.

Cool on the table and pop up"thumbsup".

I'm in agreement with you on the G6 1 minute penalties. Touch a flag with your truck, get a 1 minute penalty per flag, but the flag will be dead after that. It's easy to watch for since we have no other penalties to keep track of. We'll see how the discussion goes.

Are you not going to run the Mashers then?

Yes. They have been narrowed and reduced. They are 1.9 rim size, 4.50 tall and 1.25 wide. They also have a scale tread pattern since they are essentially a tractor tire.

I also have a set of reduced 2.2 swampers to 1.9 that are 5" tall and they are also legal.

Oh, BTW Eddie, will this mud portion be something that submerges the vehicle? Just trying to figure out how much waterproofing needs to be done....

I'm gonna try and keep it wheel nut deep, but the roto tiller might make it tire deep:ror:. Nothing completely submerged though for sure"thumbsup". I definitely don't want anything getting into the interiors and no snorkels needed.

Right now the plan is for me to drive down friday night and meet up with Jeremy at the Marriott.

I can bring a 4'x4' table.

I am up for whatever on the G6 rules. I am just to drive the truck through 100 gates!

Me and cd are off Friday and plan on leaving Friday morning. Is it Friday yet.........
