My scale tuber

I made some progress on my scale tuber tonight.




I made up a center skidplate and mounted the stampede tranny to it, very secure....



a shot with the f-150 body mounted.....

rocpede- not sure yet if it will be a full on crawler or not.

crunk - yes its a mix of 1/8 and 3/16(like twisted said). hulkwerks tuber.

wrmorrison - I was brand loyal a few years ago (had a sic dodge 5.9 r/t) but now ford chevy dodge it doesnt matter to me. The wife and I each drive hondas!

now that I got it mocked up, I am gonna strip it down re prime and paint it. I think I will paint the trucks body white but Icant decide what color to paint the tuber frame?

That is a very nicely done tube cage! Are you sure you want to paint the body? That cage is so nice, I'd almost leave it clear so you can see it! Awesome work.
