While I havent done axialfest, I have done g6's, and a 6hr 7.4mile trail run along will 1000 gates was pretty epic.
More people need the chance to run these types of events.
So that/s axialfest day 1. What about the other 4? "thumbsup"

I don't think you guys realize how epic axialfest really is...
And for those that want it in the midwest/east cost:
Find a private campground that can hold 1000+ people, and will allow you to completly take over it for a couple weeks, and modify the surrounding terrain.
Has enough different terrain within the area to have 10+, 100 gate, 2hr+ trails on all different types of terrain.
Then come back and complain how there's no place around you similar.![]()
Lots of places in the upper midwest.."thumbsup"...Y'all wouldnt want the drive though.:lmao:
I do chuckle about your passion for Cisco as its closed now for redo.....
that aside, CA is the epicenter of crawling, but the rest of us share that, would be nice somewhere besides the other end of the country.
Mukwonago or Waukesha ,start looking.
One of the norms in the Midwest isn’t campgrounds, but Farms in the Kettle Morraine. They have some great rocks and trails due to Glaciers many moons ago.
I’m in Florida now, or I’d start a list.
It still takes a person(s) with a vision and a budget, sadly I have neither.
Horizion Hobby’s in Illinois , might they start a Midwest version ???
We can hope
Hang up and Drive
Thought I said it..... Farms.
We used many a farm for bike runs and concerts. You need to be aware of crop schedules, but not too tough.
The Kettle Moraine has it all, hell Plymouth Rock Campground across from Road America also stands out
Another easy add on is to tractor/truck pulls, easy enough to make courses.
Hang up and Drive
Not sure why you are such a dick.....
All obstacles can be easily solved with a budget. Why don’t you ante up ?
I’ve spent many weeks camping without any motels.
Never mind it must be a west coast thing.......
Hang up and Drive

Wheres that at? Ive never heard of that place. Itd b awesome to see a event closerIf they’d learn to explore the rest of the country I think it would be good for the hobby’s growth and might draw new people to it.
Guarantee the Hatfield McCoy trails could handle the crowd. I’ve ridden dirt bikes there and there’s hundreds of miles varied terrain and that area is starving for an influx of visitors who’d spend money. Just a thought off the top of my head.

Who said nothing out east could handle it? [emoji23]
Power, RV water/septic, showers, toilets. "thumbsup" None can be found in a farmfield :lmao:
Kettle moraine is all public land. Hell would freeze over before the DNR would let you 'destroy' the habitat by making trails.
Plymouth rock has enough camp sites, but then what? Are you going to have 200 people a day crawling through the subdivisions? You could make a couple trails through the woods, but 2 trails does not fill an entire week.
You really don't realize how lame the crawling locations around here are untill you've been out west.
