New Axial rig?

Speculation you say?

Hmmmm?... ........

AXIAL builds their first 1:6 scale truck????????

.

we've allllll seen SC's, buggies, truggies, MT's, etc....
id love to see an IFS like Jasoninaugusta's builds! "thumbsup"

If the decision is being driven by business minded folk, they are going to probably ride an existing trend. Rally seems to be upcoming, and SC seems pretty popular. Maybe based off EXO suspension, to save on engineering and retooling costs.

Other then the XR10, they rehash everything. AX10 components are found in how many rigs from Axial?

In a way yes, but if you think about it, it would be pointless for them to come into an existing trend. Let's face it there are a lot of top competitors out there already in SC, Rally, Buggy, Truggy, Drifter. Even the lower end companies like Exceed and Redcat have their foot in that door.

I am no business person or marketing executive, but to me it would be silly to try and come into those areas now with so much already out there. Guys aren't gonna drop their Associated's and Losi's just to pick up an Axial.

My money is still on a Mini Crawler where right now the market only consists of ONE major competitor. I think it would pay off for Axial to come in with the only other major competition in that area.

I hope its a rally car or a solid axle short course.

not some crap mini crawler or comp crawler, and lets hope its not indy front and rear

ill put money down on either large scale solid axle, or MICRO crawler, something that fits properly under 1/24 models.

oh, wait, there is no pool?

I would like a scale crawler with ifs that can easily be swapped over to a solid front axle.

But i have a feeling it will be another go fast:(

I say it will be a 1/10 vehicle of some sort, I'm leaning toward a Ultra 4 KOH buggy built like a wraith but set up to run a brushless set up. I can also see a short course truck sense the EXO buggy didn't really seem to take off like everyone thought it would. This way they can still use all the same parts.

Maybe this?

Edit: Damn it, it didnt attach the photo the first time. here ya go!
