*New* DCW Delrin Wheel Thread

Would you sell a CAD/SolidModel file of your design in order for someone to scale them up into some monster size wheels? Like 4.25" beadlocks to mount some 3.8" tires to.

Wes

I use a simple and inexpensive 2d cad/cam program for my stuff, I doubt it'd translate well to a 3d format.

I really don't know. It is possible to lighten a set up beyond how they are normally made though.

1.9's or 2.2's? I'm fairly sure I've seen someone bolt on some 2.2's, but I could be mistaken...

Revisiting this. After further research and having multiple rings/beadlocks in hand I'm 99.9% sure 2.2 VP rings will bolt right up with your wheels as long as one orders it with a 24 hole pattern.

Last call for wheel orders! I'll be pulling all custom order options off of the website tonight.

Duuuuuuuude

Us Yeti XL guys need a set of beadlocks ( that are not aluminum ) so bad we can taste it.. What are the odds of you scaling a design up to 3.8" with 17mm hexs?

I'd gladly pay out the wazooo for a set !!

Hello I was wondering if or when you will have a set of 2.2 blue Sierra's available to order again?

Wouldn't count on it. I was at the right place at the right time when I found the blue and I'm not sure when I'll be able to snag more.

I'd love to, but it's just not possible. Sorry.

Can you elaborate as to why brother? I'm confused why with the machines already in hand, It would be in any way difficult, Or "not possible" .. :(

The truck is gaining popularity as days go by, the need grows and grows.. Why cant anyone step up to the plate here?

My machines for the most part are the benchtop variety and can't physically handle that size of wheel. The cnc router would handle the design just fine, but I'd have to drop $3-4k on a bigger lathe to do the rest of it.

Got my 2.2 twister wheels today and I gotta say super super pleased these things are bad ass!!!! It's too bad you have to pull away from taking orders you are the man and I can't wait to throw my voodoo's on em and throw em in my yeti thanks Duuuuuuuude!!! " Thumbs-up "
