Ha! Zack kept nervously pullin on that keychain tape measurer while Niller accosted me & touched my no no place

Isnt there a samaritan law in Arizona??? All those witnesses & they just laaaughed & laughed. Sniff. I feel dirty...the kinda dirty NO amount of soap can clean. PEANUT BUTTER dirty

J.D.

I know, I usually like to shower after I've molested you a bit just to get the "yuck" off of me but that dirty hand stench lasted ALLLL day with me.

I knew from the first time I picked you up in my arms and held you like a little baby that there was something "special" between us. That feeling hasn't gone away......it will NEVER go away.:-o

That actually made me laugh."thumbsup"

Now for some tech.

I changed my rear upper links to the second hole from the top. This seemed to keep the front end down a little better and it also sidehilled nicely too.

Seeing that I couldn't be at Nats this year, I decided to go out and run some courses on my own on Sunday. Not quite the pressure of a nationals final but there were a few "critters" out and about that made it interesting.

I had made a couple of changes a few weeks ago and it really brought the truck to a whole new level as far as performance. Climbing, sidehilling, downhills, breakovers, it all just flat out works amazingly well now. I'm really disappointed that I couldn't compete at Nats on rock that I'm very familiar with but it has fueled the fire for the upcoming comp season here in So Cal.

Mike at Wicked Monkey Designs is sending me out a couple of sets of skins for practice and comping so I'll have those on for the next update."thumbsup" Here's a few pics from Sunday's run.

Digging the wheels paystin! Bet you have some killer forward bite with that link setup? High in the rear an low in the front..

Love the belly dragger look of this chassis, performance is killer! What's ur ride height at the skid? 2.5"?

That rock looks killer! Oh, and the rig looks good too...:D

Thanks Mike! It will look even better with the new skins coming my way. "thumbsup" Unfortunately I don't have a lot of "natural rock" areas to practice at close to home but I found this spot about 40 minutes from my house. It's worth the drive if I'm doing 10-12 packs and testing at the same time.
Pretty nice wheels ! "thumbsup"

Thanks! I still feel bad that I don't know who actually made them but I do like the look and lightness of them.

Thanks man! I am really liking this setup and don't see changing it any time soon. The forward bite is strong with this one and that's with one, large VP weight ring as my only knuckle weight. I just don't need anymore to get the results I want with this rig.

It's funny you say that about the belly dragger but it's actually a bit deceiving in the pics. I'm still at just over 3" normal ride height and it sags a touch when driving to just under 3". Breakovers are fantastic with the height I'm at."thumbsup"

.300 VP ring? I'm at 2.25 oz or so a side and 2.5" ride height. I still get breakovers others dont, chassis is just ridiculous!

Ya better save some of that man love up Steve, what's JD goin to think! :D

I save a special kind of love for Chris.

Stop gaying up the thread. This is a serious technical archive. :ror:

Rig is looking GOOD big bear.

Ps. I miss you

Thanks Pumkin'.

Ps... I know!;-)

Yep, one .300 ring so 1.5 oz per side. I play with the pre set on the shocks a bit depending on the terrain but not much more than a full turn either way.

Steve makes the perfect little furry meat in a J.D/ Vanilla sandwich. It's mmmmm, mmmmm good!

Ehh don't feel bad anymore... They are the ultra LW Wheels designed by Douwe and made by Nordic Crawler Designs AKA Tomy on here "thumbsup" I believe with Alu hardware they are like 9g each

Rig looks killer :) Hopefully someone can shoot some vids of you running soon

Thank you for the info on the wheels. I am liking them a lot so far.

Hardknockz and I are getting together in a couple of weeks to go over the plan for the comp season and we will definitely get some video then. I would like to see it on video as well."thumbsup"

Miss you big sweetness. Does it count if we talk about how you are technically gay?

J

Miss you too Mr. National Champion. Glad to see you get that HUGE win. "thumbsup"

And there's no "technically" about it. :ror:
