photobucket what happend

Still rocking photobucket. With as many pics as I've uploaded over the years I'm still only at 14% capacity on my free account.

I stop using photobucket after the insane prices they asked for to host images for forums. Maybe I should recheck their plan fees again. I started using tappatalk works very well and easy. I had a great free ride with photobucket for yrs. Also had/have a ton of photo on PB.
Although I'm glad PB had a change in heart and restored all the fourm photos.. thank you photo bucket."thumbsup"

Wait, Photophucket changed their mind?

I did not know they did either. They actually gave everybody their free account back? I guess I've been out of the loop. [shrug]

Their greedy plan must have backfired. They are probably now trying to save the company from further damage.

I pulled the plug on them. Those images numbered into 6 figures, I didn’t pay to play, and many didn’t and shut down accounts.

On the desktop version you can also manually edit by selecting the image and the "pencil" icon. This gives you manual resizing and other options like cropping, ect...

You can do that with P-B too, but pics get all grainy - total fail.
The auto-size on upload no longer works, so I have to crop and edit size in Photoshop. Kind of a PITA.
Both my digicam - RX100 - and I-6 take pretty large images. They would blow out the thread uploaded raw.
I set everything to 800 pixels wide @150dpi resolution - perfect for forum posts - nice and clear, reasonable size, small data file.

Those of you that use Imgur:

When I upload images to my albums it always puts the newest photos at the top and I have to manually rearrange them so they are at the bottom in order to keep the album in chronological order. And on top of that you have to move each photo individually. Is there an easier way to rearrange your photos or make them arrange from old to new automatically?
