our overnight low was 83....at least we only hit 107 yesterday, lol. We are going to have a "cooling trend" this weekend, it should only be 103. Gotta love living in the desert!!

Well us Sonoran Desert Crawlers should be ok since we just had 108 day and sunday it was 109 In tucson and thank god I JUST got my A/C fixed in the Van!!

Dean Brandon and I are leaving Friday night. Since LA is south of us it's all down hill so the Unimog should be able to sustain 80+ MPH with a tail wind. Should be a nice relaxing drive.

Badger, I was a little concerned at first about even asking you. I didn’t want to hurt your feelings bringing my tent with all its masculine colors since your special order camping tent isn’t really… Well it’s not my style at all. I am glad I didn’t hurt your feelings, and if I did to make it up to you I will bring you a tarp since your tent doesn’t have a floor!
