Haven't had a chance to test. Waiting on VP bell crank. The servo saver is so soft the front wheels don't return to center. I will. Probably lock the saver till the Bell cranks come. I will report after some testing. Like all the other first impressions its really smooth and quiet, and well made.

Fact! Probably 98% of new parts, rigs etc are all the most baddest assest this g to hit the market evar! For a week or so then all the new wears off.
Right again. I don't even like hitec since I've had terrible luck with their servos but I'm not going to tell anyone they're ripping people off because there are cheaper products out there. That's just dumb.

I've thoroughly mistreated mine this weekend, including about a dozen runs through my mud pit, servo fully submerged, and it hasn't missed a beat. "thumbsup"

Scott, how did yours handle Navex?
Mine handled NAVEX without a hiccup. My own hiccup was my lack of driving skill 
I have zero complaints so far, but can't make a judgement based on one hard day out.
I've got another brand new one and a set of gears for spares. Don't think I'll need to use them on this rig for a lonnnng time.

Thanks bud, I picked up the v3. Will I be ok running my 7.2 6-cell nimh batt w/ a BEC on this servo?

Yup, 7.2v will work just fine and it definitely needs the BEC. Keep us posted on how it works out!
Couldn't have been more than my mate Stephen. Amazed he didn't break anything.I can almost guarantee more rollovers and carnage than most
Mate throw that nimh battery in the bin and buy yourself a 2S lipo. Will last longer and be more powerful. If you are running 2S or 7.2v nimh you won't even need a bec with this. The maker suggest powering the servo directly off the battery. If you upgrade to 3S you will need a bec.

How quiet is this Servo. Dose it make the constant centering sound like hitec?
No. It is the quietest servo I have ever heard, (or not heard) no electrical sound interference at all. The only sound is the gears, which are quiet compared to most.

It's silent and stationary at center and does not hum under load, at least not that I can hear.
