Rant Thread

I attended Amain's City Crawl today. When the time trials opened up, if you aren't familiar with comps (even though this wasn't one), an employee walks with us as we'd progress under time. The man in front of me decided to become a Karen and sort of rage to the employee who was timing me (very friendly gal) that the gates were set up crappy, blatantly not figuring out which direction to go next etc. While one side of me wanted to react to him towards him, I just told her herself that she's just an employee and you've got no control over that. It's a free family event, and nobody needs to hear an old man complaining about poorly set up gates like he would've ran a super fast time anyway.

After covid I have come to hate these people who think they have all the entitlements in the world and that we have to bend and bow down to their every will.
A guy on my rt is a complete a** not just the hole but cheeks and all. He orders comic books that are over $1000 supposedly. He wants them at the door. I can easily put 4 in his box with room to spare. He tried to bribe me but that's not happening. Supervisor came to me about it. Of course his story was different from mine. I explained to her the situation. "Absolutely not I'm not going to pay you for taking them to the door if they fit in the box" her words. He told her that he tried to bribe me, she told him that's not happening.
When he first built the house it took 45 mins to get him to understand which side of the driveway his box had to be on. I explained that it's to protect me and keep someone from backing into the truck. "No one will ever back out of this driveway" his response. I said you can't guaranty that no will ever back out. His car is always pulled in so he has to back all the way out.
His driveway is wide enough to turn around on it. So I did it 1 time. He called in and complained how I was tearing up the concrete. How the he** do you tear up concrete?
He also called in and claimed that he crushed a pkg with the garage door. It was closed but blamed me for it, no way that could have happened. After 25 yrs of delivering I think I know how and where to place a pkg.

1 woman said she ran over her pkg at the garage door. I asked how did that happen when I set the pkg between the garage door and the trash can. I don't know but I did her response. So she called in complained now every pkg has the go to the front door.
She was standing in the garage UPS driver walked up to her with a pkg. She yelled at him to take it to the front door. She sent a big pkg back with art work in it. UPS driver didn't get the notification for 2 days. She threw it out in the yard in the rain since it wasn't picked up.

My thoughts for people like this "If they ever catch fire I'll be sure to drink gasoline and piss on them to put the fire out".
