RC4WD Gelande II D110 Truck Kit w/Hard Body build/review

***Dry fit them before you cut the holes***

The topmost holes did not line up with the mounting points. I had to cut holes again and they lost some integrity.

Glue in some styrenes at the back to make it more rigid and also you will have a tight holes

Next to order tires
Im going to use
1.55 pitbull growler tires
And probably pick up a set of rims after

Looks nice. Getting my new system tomorrow at 10am. I doubt I'll get much sleep tonight lol. Went from a 2200kv to the 1800kv a few hours ago. Guy wants to keep the 2200, but I don't mind.

On a second good note, I finally got a new phone. Quad core processor, Android KitKat 4.4, and it's not an apple hahaha :flipoff:

I got the LG Tribute. I don't see a need for an octacore processor...

I'm sure you can powder coat it. What material is it, aluminum?

Hard to find that diamond plate
I have looked all over

Just made the order from hongkong wtf lol
I think this is better than rc4wd
This thing is bolted on
Shipping says 3 to 5 days let see how good this company
But they have good reviews from other guys

Gotten the new plating yet? Is it the same color or darker?

I'm going to get working on the Dodge this weekend, I found a local guy with a 2001 1500 (Same gen, and not dually) so I'm getting all of the needed measurements from and then I'm getting started. Also made a prototype trailer out of the box for the SCX10 (gonna be a camper type trailer) Really happy with how quickly this build is progressing, although I ended up stripping the bolts in my wagon wheels so I'm gonna grind them down to a perfect circle and then back them out with a drill bit on my dremel. And I need 2 more wheels for the dually part. Might get new axles before I go dually....

Nahhh the mailman didnt leave it on my box today lol
He left me a pink slip
Crap gotta wait till monday and ill just go pick it up
Yeah its black like that on the picture i hope lol

Right now im looking for an rtr semi truck

I dont want to get cheated specially those rigs are over a grand

Rcmart
Plates :D

This things is way better than rc4wd
It came with a rcmart license plate lol
Good way to advertise their products
Smart :)

One tiny problem
How do i screw this thing
So small or so tiny those screws that came with this lol
Looks like a needle size screw

I could not get those suckers to stick!

I wet sanded the doors, because I knew I would put stickers there but neglected other areas and in hindsight should have done that for the plates too.

Yeah the rc4wd plates are stick on
This thing is bolted on with tiny screws looks like a needle
Might need to buy those tools for watches or eye glasses

Im pretty sure you can make it bolted on those rc4wd plates

Sad to say this project will be put on hold
All fund will go towards my other project
