Build ios looking nice happy to be able to help may i ask how many tickets were sold looking forward to seeing finished product.

PM sent with Becky's numbers"thumbsup" Becky only has her total number of tickets sold. She will need to get a copy of SoCoCrawlgirls spreadsheet to give you an accurate number.

So i really did not want to say what i am going to say but as a sponsor of this build here is my opionion and this comes from expieriance take it however you want,

Putting this together at the awcc not many will be interested there focus will be on the comp not the build

you will be pushing the build and missing out on a great event and if your comping your mind will be on other things not the build.

having it pre built and ready to go and pics here on the site will be more exposure for the sponsors that helped this with there donations and help sell there product which is something your club should be honored to do for them.

as a club it does not matter who gets the thank you and you did a great job what you all need to remember is give credit to all rock candy members even if one did more then others because your a club every club looses members because of this in life that how it is regardless.

Again your time at the awcc will be so much nicer to have the finished product have time to watch some comps and time to talk and time to recruit more members for your great club take what you want from this but everyone will be more happy if done this way been there done that already.

Plus if the build is done on line here you will boost your ticket sales and that is a fact

WiRCRC President and sponsor of this build

please pm me if this pisses anyone off this is my opionion that i stand behind for more answers why feel free to call me 920-284-5803

the drawing will be at nationals, and the plan was to get together one night to build most of the rig together at AWCC. becky is doing a wonderful job getting us set up with everything, getting the build going, and getting pictures up for us. During the competition, our focus will most certainly be on the comp, we're all very competitive women, hahaha.
thank you for your input Kasper, it is definitely good to hear what our sponsors think, since you guys are the ones who really made this rig as good as it will be.

I think the plan was to build it at AWCC and to give it away at natinals.
I don't think the drawing changed.
Ahh....good deal! I never knew that was the plan...I just figured it would be an online build...

Well....my wife must have missed that class. Do you know when they will be offering it again?

Yes the sponsors did donate there parts for two reasons one was to get there product out there and to help there sales of a awesome product and two because of what you girls are doing for the industry. It was easy for us to hand over product but it was your club that put the effort into making this all happen its your club who deserves the credit not the sponsors.

Since i posted my opionion it seems like more are looking this over so lets hope the ticket sales pick up the sponsors would (just speaking for myself) would likee to know how many tickets are being sold between all of you and the next 10 days this thread needs attention via build pics there is no reason there should be bumps this is a great cause and something needs to happen to raise more ticket sales.

I personally dont own a hobby store or anything to that matter but i do run my parents bussiness and it will always be there bussiness even after that dreaded day so i am not really looking for sales from this just the great feeling to help others dealt with a bad hand.

come on people pick up some tickets.

as del montess said we will be building the rig at the awcc, it's the only chance we can get together since we all live so far apart. we will be getting together thursday for the build so we can watch the lcq on friday and run on sat . we will have a table set up at the dinner so everyone who attends can touch and get an up close veiw of the crawler. we released some teaser pics to you guys to get your mouths watering and more will be posted soon:mrgreen:. maybe even a lil video of the rig in action or at least the fight between the girls on who gets to drive it:lmao:.we are so glad that so many people have donated to both of these causes, we apperciate it so much! becky has done an awesome job so far with collecting all the items and leaking a few pics out to ya guys. and we can't wait to get together with her and finish the build. Jess just picked up 200 "stickers" to sell, I have sold 15 so far ( but some want to see the rig first) and i didn't add up holy rollers total yet. so me or becky will post a # soon:). and don't worry you have till nationals to get entered into the crawler give away. we so look forward to seeing most of you at the awcc or at a local comp and are eagerly awaiting nationals to hold the give away!!! Del montess is working on our pay pal button on our site( we will notify you all when it's done) and our pay pal will be working by friday to purchase "stickers" and get entered into the giveaway. Thank you all for your generous donations and support!!!!!!"thumbsup" i am so glad that there are some guys out in the rc community that aren't afraid to comp with or get beat by a girl! Thank you again!

Just to let everyone know, the total number of stickers sold at this time is 72. That is the total from what Becky has sold and what SoCoCrawlgirl has posted above. Becky or myself will post up the new figures a couple times a month so you guys now the the total number of tickets sold.

Thanks for supporting this cause.

Thats great to hear but not everyone can make the national event to drool over the awesome givaway i will also purchase some decails for the charity i understand you all live states away and its hard to get together to build but if someone offers to go above and beyond it would be in the best of your interest.I sure hope you younfg ladies dont think i am a ass but sometimes you got to do whats right i know the economy is poor but with all the members on this site i figured more ticket sales would of occured.cant wait to see more pics.
