some guys from nj get a hummer h2 in hawaii

One of the guys in our group wheels a stock 80 something Rangy with street tires and goes everywhere we go. Kind of irritating but a testament to how awesome they are.

My mom's 97 dodge grand caravan could have done that, literally. When we go on vacations to the mountains and stuff, we drive over tougher terrain than that.

my point is.... the maturity level of this thread is equal or less than a 4th grade arguement. im not saying he isnt smart or that he doesnt know what he is talking about....i dont understand why everyone on forums are e-tough (minus the good people)

if you dont have anything nice to say...why post?....your post count doesnt prove how smart you are....there is something called constructive feedback...and thats something that most members lack....if you dont like what you see / it....say why you dont like it and what someone can do to improve.....this was a rental....if these members would read the thread you would see :

for the record,

i did not start this thread for a flame session to me or other owners / idiots....if you want to flame pls do it in pm's :) yeah it isnt serious crawling but unlike some of you guys we live in an ashpault play ground and its hard to find a "real" trail that isnt illeagal....and second i need to find the pics of us when we went thru this serious trail where the hummer really shined....half the door was in mud and she pulled out...we never got stuck and NOTHING BROKE<----- THIS WAS A RENT A CAR we were semi gentle to it......

have a nice day :)

this is why when real pro r.c people or 1:1 pro drivers come on forums...they get flamed out....i dont remember where on here ... but jason met a real 1:1 PRO rockbuggy driver....the guy said he was on the site...got flamed for not using the search button...and left....i remember how upset jason was over this.

same thing applys....kindness never killed anyone "thumbsup"

oh yeah.....805 posts in 1 year............

franky.....we all have its just that i dont understand why people feel the need to be all e-tough....and its on all forums not just here :(

hmmm

wow everyone has a differance in opinions... at least the very few men that have hummers are wheeling them...unlike most hummers that are owned by women... damn mall wheelers... anyways if you want a hummer more power to you.. all they are a hummer bodys with big skid plates and chevy chassis...

i do think that they are pretty cool looking but i would never own one unless givin too me and hell yeah i would wheel the **** outa it!

dont know what flavor of crack you guys smoke- but pass it this way.

this is one week after I bought it... temp tags still on.

it makes me laugh when ppl says hummers cant wheel- they are the most capable out of the box off road vehicle. and yes- even more than the rubicon.

matt
cincy

Might wanna rethink that. My club has two rubi's, one h3, 3 tj's, 2 yj's, and a cj. Guess who has the most stucks of the bunch?;-) The h3 owner was previously a XJ owner who rarely took the strap. Sorry but i refuse to accept the "best out of the box wheeler"....but hey, to each his own ;)

You don't believe me? When we went to yellowstone, we went down a dirt road that was washed out and had little valleys cut in it. They were about 5 inches deep. I don't know if the van could have gone over that rock twords the end in the video, but for sure the downhill part.

But maybe that is an extreme offroad course with a huge drop off and i can't see it.

the point of the age comment.....i can tell very quickly the age of a member on m-boards by how / content of their post.....and sadly people our age dont think before they type..... but comments like.....my dads lambo could have flown over those rocks a 2560 F/Sec in 4th gear .... or My M1 Abrams Tank could crush those rocks into a fine dust and fuel my house for 1 year....

those are real quotes from real boards
