As I progress in age quality is starting to be more prevalent than quantity. That's not saying we don't get a little crazy, especially now that I'm divorced"thumbsup" but I'd like to purchase a "good" bottle of whiskey for special occasions. Something me and my close friends and family can open, take a shot, log it and move on the crown or pendelton.
Here in Utah good whiskey is hard to find in bars so I won't be able to taste it first so I figured I'd ask here and see if any of you had suggestions. I'm leaning towards a Highland Park, Chivas Regal or Lagavulin.
Any other connoisseur?
