Good question. I had a large container of it and it seemed to get hard and was a pain to work with so, I just bought more and figured there was an air leak or I didnt screw the cap on all the way but, Now my new container of the stuff seems to be stiffening up as well.
StaSilv Flux is water based. Mix in some water and it will be good as new. Yes, it dries out quickly, but it's easy to fix and doesn't have to be any exact mix to work well.
How about keeping your Viagra/Cialis supply in another room??
Most paste flux mixtures are water based. A bit of water (distilled is best, no need to add hard water to the mix) added & mixed in will usually work to soften it back up."thumbsup""thumbsup"
