The best drummer ever

vinne paul has a new band HELLYEAH, which is a decent band

another one i thought of that not to many people know, sully erna....

oh yeah, and how come no one has mentioned dave grohl????

I like his music.

He may not be that good to you,but I'd be willing to bet he's sold more music that you.
True, he can sell music. May not be my type of music either, but very few people compare to some of those posted. He, like most other drummers, don't compare

He sucks, if he would quit playing Def Lepard style and put the beer down.....

thought I would bring this back up again, browsing all the vid clips"thumbsup" lots great drummers, still think danny carey kick most ass:lol:

You suck Aaron! I just went through the whole thread all over again and spent 2 more hours looking at more videos!!!:flipoff::flipoff::flipoff:

Great thread and no doubt all great drummers.

Although I have several favorites, one of them has to be Phil Collins. Not for his blistering speed but rather for the dynamic range, technique and the consistency of his play. Please forgive him for the pop (junk) music he is known for. The guy has chops.

For a man far closer to 60 than 40, here is Phil with Chester Thompson live in 2007.

I hope you enjoy.
