I have not. It just needs a new face IMO. I like that Horizon gave it clear lenses rather than solid, black headlights, but I don't know if they can be popped out without damaging them.

Signal loss I suppose. Ran all my other trucks with futaba rxs and had no issues, the orange was thrown away.

It's FHSS so I believe so. My 4PK isn't compatible with FHSS so I have to use FASST receivers, which I see OrangeRx does have for a bit cheaper.
Definitely. Those were what I was using first before I picked up the 3 orange receivers I'm using.

I now see what those who've already built theirs meant, when they said the case felt 'flimsy' while putting it together, but is very solid once together. It also allowed me to measure snails spacing inside the case. The Mamba X will fit, as shown in page 29 (mounted behind the motor, instead of on the right side of the electronics tray), but I think it will need to be mounted off-center.
In a way, mounting the ESC behind the motor will turn out to be a good thing, as I'll be needing the electronics tray to hold 2-3 Futaba CPS-1 units. With those, I'll be able to use separate channels for headlights & roof-mounted lightbar (and a third 'light', if I decide to add a third), and turn each "light channel" on/off from my Tx.

The LHS actually had one of these on the shelf. I was expecting a box the size that the old Wraith kits came in ( being a tube chassis type vehicle ). I haven't purchased a new RC since the Dingo was out, this might change very soon. :mrgreen:
