I wholeheartedly voted no. I definitely think what he did to Hornaday was stupid, but to park him for the Cup race. He's not as bad as he used to be, he races just as clean as most guys now-a-days. Besides, NASCAR said to, "have at it".

NASCAR has had some tough years, poor attendance, huge expenses, Sponsors with less money to spend plus they haven't been filling all the seats at events like they did at the peak.
NASCAR has purposefully encouraged a no holds racing style and we've seen a bunch of it this past season. Personally I like the show and I like the racing. It's actually been some of the best NASCAR entertainment to date. Someone once said 'Racing brings out the very best and worst in people', and tempers flaring and maniacs like Kyle and his brother, Montoya, Harvick and host of others have sold some tickets this year, and it is getting press coverage and viewership. It's Good thing.
I haven't see the incident yet I plan on tuning into Wind Tunnel tonight, but I know it has drama and then lots of emotion going every direction and that's good for NASCAR right now.
Kyle is nuts, if you mess with Kyle Busch it's like playing Russian Roulette with a fully loaded weapon except for one bullet. Hornaday played some kind of role in this I'm sure, he's no Saint either.
It has already been fun to watch. :mrgreen:

he may be a cry baby, but at least he did something about it, and its entertaining.
Doesn't make it right, but it gave them something to talk about all weekend, seems like he gave people something to spectate in a "spectator sport" to me?
Trust me I don't like the guy, but i'm not out for the guy either. He made a choice, and will pay the time for it. And be back and win a bunch of races again.

I voted YES for one reason. Kyle hit him UNDER CAUTION.....
Hornady and Bush were racing hard. That is good in my opinion. Good for the fans, good for TV, good all around.
They got in an incident with a lap traffic truck, happens all the time, someone should have backed off or given a little more room, or 99 other ways to avoid the crash.. That is water under the bridge.
But I have a ZERO tolerance for someone that crashes two trucks under caution.
You have safety crews coming out on the track, other racers slowing down, and a lot of things happening on the track.
When you do something like this, you put so much more at risk...
And you guys that compared Kyle Bush to Dale Sr. and some of the other greats of the sport, those guys were great because they did their talking, with the bumper, under green flag...
It is cowardly to go after a guy during a yellow flag..
I seem to remember some drivers that had to go to anger management and perform community service for making jestures and tossing helmets at cars during caution flags.
Being parked by Nascar is a slap on the wrist in my opinion.
My advice to Kyle Busch, get your resume together and see about that open seat Danica is leaving in an indy car...

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- NASCAR has fined Kyle Busch $50,000 and placed him on probation until Dec. 31 for his actions during the Nov. 4 Camping World Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway.
Busch violated Section 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) of the 2011 NASCAR Rule Book. NASCAR took immediate action, parking Busch for the remainder of Friday night's event and maintaining the parked position for the Nationwide and Sprint Cup events scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at Texas Motor Speedway. On Monday, the parking directive was lifted by NASCAR.
In issuing Monday's penalty, NASCAR went on to say that "if during the remaining NASCAR events in 2011 there is another action by the competitor that is deemed by NASCAR officials as detrimental to stock car racing or to NASCAR, or is disruptive to the orderly conduct of an event, the competitor will be suspended indefinitely from NASCAR."

They should drop him and shift his sponsorship dollars into an ultra4 car. I know a guy that races one of the badest ultra4's out there and he's also ran rc's for over 20 years. "thumbsup"
What he did was beyond stupid, emotions run high I understand but that was pretty stupid. I won't be surprised if some of his sponsors do pull their money.
