It will not really have a negative effect but I have noticed performance issues in some shocks when inverted,,,and yes I have tied my perches before.
Heres a couple pics of what I did,,(examples) these pics show the zip tie going through the slot in the side of the perch,,the only problem is when the perch spins the zip tie comes loose,,thats why I said to drill the perch/cup.
If you do it like the pics you need an additional zip tie on the slot side of the perch to keep the perch from turning,,wrap the second zip tie around the rod end and the first zip tie on hte slot side only
How'd it do against the losi? Taking into account they are HIS rocks, haha.
My left hand rear shock unthreaded it's self some how. I hope i haven't stripped the thread/blown the shock.
Front or rear steer,,it happens when the tires are turning and touch the shock body,,during the rotation of the tire it unscrews the shock,,either loctite your shock bodies or limit your steering or flip your shocks.
That red one and is it for the creeper !!?
