WICKED's Creeper

Heres a couple pics of what I did,,(examples) these pics show the zip tie going through the slot in the side of the perch,,the only problem is when the perch spins the zip tie comes loose,,thats why I said to drill the perch/cup.

If you do it like the pics you need an additional zip tie on the slot side of the perch to keep the perch from turning,,wrap the second zip tie around the rod end and the first zip tie on hte slot side only

How'd it do against the losi? Taking into account they are HIS rocks, haha.

The Losi is narrower and that helped him a few spot's.
I'd say they were par for par but with my rear steer and Dig (His dig servo burnt out) mine was better! :flipoff:

Been talking too Mayhem E. about my wheels.

He has both the 1.295" wide comp double phatty and the 1" wide comp double phatty in stock. What is better suited too a creeper? I have white rovers ATM

He has suggested the 1"

New body arrived today! Gonna take my time paint this one better! Won't even look at till next weekend, got a 1:1 trip this weekend :)

Well finally time for an update.

I finally got my Double Phatty's!! Yay!!!
I ordered/paid for these on the 8th of October and they arrived last night. It's annoying they took so long, there was an Issue getting them machined and then another Issue getting them engraved. There was a issue with the post office as well. I must say that M.E. was good too deal with about the whole thing, he never once said "There in the post" knowing they weren't like other companies I have dealt with in the RC World. He even gave me a free chassis (In red "thumbsup")
They are a good looking wheel and I'm very fond of the Beadlocks!

Now for the pics!!
I hope too fit them up tonight..

Rim's are the same width as the Venom's. It was raining here last night so no out side testing but in the lounge room they were good. The rim's are heavier than my VC Rim's ever where. I have added 3 ball's too the front and 1 in rear's.

It's taller and has a narrowor foot print now and am keen too see how it goes.

Got in a about an hour of driving yesterday arvo. Massive difference!!
There is a ledge in the garden I haven't driven before, It's about 1.25/1.5 x the wheelbase of my creeper and about 80degrees. Tried crawling it and managed too get the fronts to the top but it back flipped there every time. So i thought I'd line it up, get it too 45degree's and punch it, I was being silly....... when it hit a tree in the garden I stopped laughing. I never thought in a million years that it would drive that ledge cause its almost vertical. Thinking it was a sheat fluke, I did it again and again and again. It won't crawl it but with the ball's rotating in the rims at speed in just punchs through.

I was worried that with the rim's not venting that it would be very sketchy and over inflated but they work excellent from what I did in the front yard yesterday. Be great too see how it goes in a rock garden! Have too try get out soon!

With the Paradox foams they look MUCH, MUCH better than the rover foams. They fold right when and were they need too.

Awesome Combo of White DOT Rover's, Double Phatty's and Paradox Foams! Very Happy with the first run in the Garden! "thumbsup"

That red one and is it for the creeper !!?

Mayheem Engineering. He gave it too me as the order took a great deal longer then original expected. I love the colour and it's alright but it's not for my Creeper. IF I change chassis it will be too a Paradox
