It looks like he made it, from the back side it looks like a small Radio Shack Project Box but I could be wrong. Nice looking rig.....

CORRECT MADE IT FROM A RADIO SHACK BOX,I HAVE A CUTTER SO MADE SOME SMALL STICKERS"thumbsup"THEN TOOK A AIR PISTOL CO2 CARTRIGE AND MAKE THE TANK.ALSO MADE SOME SCALE LIGHTS TOO WILL POST PIC UP AND YES THEY WORK.

ALL STEEL ,BASE IS ANGLE IRON,MAIN HOOP 3/16 STEEL AND 1/8 INCH TIG OUTERS. AND YES I BUILT THE WELDER"thumbsup"
