How did you make the front inner fenders? Did you use finished product?

Man that pickup looks nice! Are you using the Trailfinder chassis or these builds basically?

I think he's asking if you used the Trailfinder 2 chassis for this turk. The answer is purple.

Noob, I noticed you have 1990 posts more than thatguy and that you've built a couple of great trucks. Best part is the hotdog, (but where's the mustard?) Well done!

I've been wishing rc4wd would come out with a 158mm and 140mm axle. ![]() In the meantime I've been searching for a narrow enough axle to get my wheels to tuck. How have your narrowed axles held up to some use and abuse? Would you care to explain how you narrowed them and by how much? I LOVE the tucked 1.55's! I'm thinking of using some 1.5 mtz's on my hilux... O and that 4runner is unreal!!! ![]() Last edited by scalecrawler18; 01-17-2015 at 06:19 PM. |

[QUOTE=pardonmyn00b;5118235]The axles have held up very well to my driving. Results may vary depending on how you drive. I don't abuse my trucks though. The only information I have on narrowing the axles is at the beginning of the thread. I took 20mm out of each axle (10mm on each side.) Not sure how I missed that! I've looked/read through this thread countless times looking at your work and never saw that. lol Love that video update, keep 'em coming! ![]() |
