I have a MRC clone I will be turning into a scaler. Went with a midnight pumpkin body which will be getting some scale treatment. Wood tray, amazing light controller (it has flickering settings to simulate faulty earthing!!!) A bit of bar work. Best part, 3d printed chassis! Power train is a very sweet Novak Mongoose 18.5t sensored brushless. 1.55 wagon wheels and mud thrashers. Im tossing up if I want to lengthen the tray a bit as it's slightly shorter than stock wheelbase. More pics to come Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk |

Shorten the rear links a tad, and trim the fenders

That's coming along very nicely, my man! Lovin' that body... although I'm a a bit freaked about working with styrene... There's a special "limited edition" of the Lowride Pumpkin M06 that comes with a Lexan version of the Ford F100 body, the bed area and some other minor details are different. It's been rumored that eventually Tamiya will release the body as a spare, here's hoping! I have another onroad Mini body that could use the M06 chassis, and getting either a Barrage, a MST CFX/CMX or whatever to install the Ford body on it would be sweet! Yeah the tray is very unscale! So I've got this wood panel ready to go in. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk |

This is looking good! Hope you decided to shorten wheelbase. Did you make that bed insert? That's gonna pop!

But yep, scored the lines into and gave it a stain. Was going for a used/abused look. Will deffinately be shortened the front links. Don't wanna mess with the bent rear links. Next choice is body colour. This is technically for my girlfriend to play with and she wants yellow. Im kinda leaning toward white though. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk | |
