I had the same question, I knew the SCX10 was common, and not "custom" but I picked the SCX10 frame and glad I did. A flat chassis doesnt have any scale to it, and im running a flatbed soon, so that made my decision for me.

| These crawlers do not go very fast, and I like the scale look, (no body post holes. ) So, I cut off the tip of the body posts and drill a small hole down into it, and screw a small piece of styrene with velcro attached to it, and the other piece of velcro attaches to the underneath of the body, where u need it to line up with the body post, presto.. no more holes..not sure if I did very good job explaining but that should give you an idea. |
