Its what I used... If I had to do it over again, atleast the top sheet on the sides I would use .040 same thing for the fender bulges.

Ill let the pichers do the talking. Obviously the grille isnt done, but wanted to show you what I had so far. headlight bezels still need some more contouring. I used Honcho rock light lenses for the running lights and F350 lenses for the headlights.

Wow, that's looking great. It's interesting to see something different than the Jeeps 'Yotas and Chevys. Really makes ya wonder what else the Clod body could morph into. You're a regular wizard with that styrene and filler, aren't ya? I wouldn't mind trying to make some inner fenders for my Chevy body, but I'm not sure where to look for styrene. Keep up the awesome work!

Its definately a FrankenTruck. Axial chassis, TLT axles, Creeper Trans, Clod Body, 2 tailgates, Highlift springs headlights and tail lights, Honcho rock lights...

How did you do the center section of the grille? Did you cut and glue all of those little pieces or was it something that already had the slots cut in it?

I cut all the little pieces then layered it all together. Then Sanded the front and back side flush. Then mounted it inbetween the outer trip piece then layerd that to get more depth.
I think I might start it over b/c the 1:1 holes are a taller and the grille is a bit more rounded at the top and bottom.

I got a nice package n the mail today. My Clod body came. I'm going to try to wait until AFTER the Midwest Challenge to start on it so I have more time & money to give to the project, but knowing me I won't be able to wait. I guess we'll have to see.

Got my chassis in today from Diaz, Made a skid plate and mocked up an axial trans. still have to rebuild my rear axle with the lockout. Not sure about the traction bar that I have on there. not sure if it will helo out with torque twist mounted on the bottom like it is. let me know what you think.,
The grille is close, I just tacked it on there real quick with a bit of hot glue.
Theres also gonna be plenty of room for an interior as well.
Still have to finish up the skid plate, angle and contour the front and rear sides.
Waitin on some Tenax to start on the interior.
