| Gerry´s ASTS Car - XR311
Hello, i want to build an new Scale Comp Car for the Austrian Scale Team Series 2013 and this is what i want to do: And this is the beginning: I have to "stretch" the body in all directions. The chassis would be homemade, and i want to build my own IFS for this car... The first cut: And then: Starting with the IFS and the chassis: This is the actually progress of the project - more coming soon :luxhello: Gerry |

Today i have one hour to do something on the car I have replaced the Diff upside to have more ground clearance and i made the first holder for the IFS on the front - it´s not ready yet, i will mill out on saturday the suspension arm and try the construction. I think it could work Nice greets from austria, Gerry |

I have changed the plan and don´t have milled some suspension arms - i´ve build the arms with steel - so i can paint them on the end with all the chassis parts Here are some pics of the progress: Gerry |

Great work so far, This is the second xr311 that i've seen on here. The first one made me want to try something myself....... They never changed/cut the bodyshell, so i'm going to keep an eye on yours to see how it comes out. Keep up the good work.... |
