Nice looking setup - and nice fab work to the builder.

Have you taken out to any wide open spots with choppy whoops? I am wondering how the back end worked at speed when the terrain got choppy.

I'm back in Texas after a week in California. I was able to spend a day with the great people of Vanquish Products. I picked up a set of the new 1.9 Method wheels for Top Shelf. These wheels will be a better fit for the rig. Of course the finish and quality of the VP wheels are second to none!

Pit Bull tire sent me a package while I was gone. You can imagine my surprise and delight when I opened it to find:

Oh yes!!! These tires are beautiful (as usual for any Pit Bull Tire). I can't wait to try them out. But first I needed... Wait for it... Foams!

Whatever would I do? No one makes a single stage closed cell foam for a tire this tall. So Crawler Innovations will be testing this new single stage closed cell foam for the Pit Bull 1.9 Mad Beast this weekend at our local G6 event in Henderson.

The terra-x took it out of this rig. In the second heat the trans broke. It turns out the three bolts that hold the outputs to the final drive gear backed out. Now that the trans is out, there was some high wear inside.
