Got my gcm tcase and Motor mount today. But that's about it right now. I ran out of styrene too. I have some other things coming this week.

Here is the gcm setup.
Since I had the Vp shock hoops I needed to modify it a little bit.

Drilled the holes on the top of the shock hoops and with a little force I got it to fit.

I got some more parts on the way also.

Traxxas big bores
RPM pistons
Losi black springs
Jeepindoug spring retainers
1.9 Rock Beasts
Hot Racing steelies
Warn Winch (just the winch)
GCM double servo mount
GCM upper panhard mount
Axial XR10 Universals

Well here it is with big bores on. It evened it out a bit. I put some spacers in the rear shocks to shorten them a bit. This is all stock and without oil so it's real stuff and sitting pretty high.

Rock beasts are coming in later today.

Narrow xr10 mod curries done. Just need some bearings, flange pipes, and some VP chub and knuckles.

Guess which one I did first? Lol they both work though so I'm good. Was a cool learning experience and alot easier than I thought.

Nice signature. Where is that 2dr JK?

This is actual moving decently fast compared to my other since I'm not waiting on body work.

The bumpers turned out great! I really like how the front bumper cradles the winch and the scale bolt on shackles are awesome

Here is the front body mounts I made. They are crappy but they will do the job. I'm using the rear tire carrier as a rear mount and it swings up when the front mounts are removed. I'm thinking about maybe a velcro front mount off the body posts but these will work for now.

Little update. New Springs, wheels (temporary), tires, grip fab lockers, gcm dual servo mount and Panhard mount.

I got some all thread today to mock up rear links but waiting on the rod ends.

Okay so today my rod ends came in and so did my light bar mounts.

I made the links and then I had drive shaft issues (expected). So I cut the Driveshaft down until there was no binding. The wheelbase is off ever so slightly so I will have to fix that before I have someone make me some one piece links. I also didn't like the position of the rear shocks so I shaved down the top of the stock hoops and imagine that they fit!

Light bar mounts. Light bar should be here tomorrow.

The stance with the changes. I'm happy with it but I need to shave down the Pistons on the rear shocks as they are binding a little.

Thanks Kj.

I switched to Icon shocks and the stance is way better. No real performance loss either.

It's looking very good so far! Just curious, are you shooting for anything in peticular or just seeing where it goes?
