I used an existing hole and had to drill another one. I should have just made a new skid plate but this worked, maybe I'll work on something later.

With the chassis mounted servo I know you "have to" run a pan hard and 3 link but in the last couple that I did it wasn't a problem.

Well, this time it is. When I turn one way it pulls the axle and chassis together and causes it to tip in off camber situations. I'm not sure how to go about this on this chassis, can't find a kit that will work.
Thinking about just going back to the axle mounted servo.

HELP! I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!

Axial SCX10 Honcho Dingo | Chassis Mounted Servo Kit with Panhard Bar | Scale RC Crawler Truck Parts! [SCX-09 CMSP] - $20.00

this should solves all your problems. remember the pan hard goes in the same direction and your servo arm so that would be bottom left to top right.

hope this helps

I'm not sure that will work with my chassis though, the Truggy chassis isn't c-channeled. What keeps that unit in place in the chassis? Does it bolt to something?

Maybe I'll get one and see if I can make it work, not too expensive.

Thanks for the pictures.

Well I made some changes. The input on the transfer case broke and I had a bunch of clearance issues so I eliminated the transfer case.

I took it out for a little test run and it seems to work a lot better. Now I just need to get rid of the torque twist.

So for a pan hard kit I would use one the mount the servo vertically instead of on its side . The reasoning for that is the servo standing up doesn't change the plane of the steering Linkage versus the pan hard. The servo laying down like that 3rc posted early will give you bump steer because the servo arm swings in an upward arc changing the geometry of your pan hard and steering linkages. Rc4wd makes a nice chassis mounted servo kit for the scx10. It was a bit pricey but it works very well .
