Xr currie tube/axle issue.

Bought these for my 1.9 Mz U4 build so figured this would be the best place to post..
Having issues with finding a hex that will seat correctly on the Vanquish Rear Xr shafts. It seems the hex(axial) will not completly sit on the pin it only goes half ways over.
i tried drilling out a spare hex I had and same issue persisted.
i've since contacted Vp about this with pictures so waiting on a response. Just figured i'd see if anyone else was having the same issue as I have encountered.

Pictures tell all . Does the hex pin itself sit flush in the hex . If it does then you might need to drill the center whole out a bit .

Having some issues with my note 4 focusing. But you can see here that the hex will not go all the way over the pin.
I tried drilling out one hex slightly and the issue still persists.

OK so when the hex is removed and you take the pin and drop it into its slot does it insert all the way or half way ?

The pin fits the hex fine. The little ridge just above the pin hole is what it seems the hex is catching on.
