Default Ford F100 '56

Hi all,

For this year I have to change the categorie in our championship.
The C1 ( aka Street ) rules are really heavy and my little Dodge Power Wagon is not enabled for this year.

Last year I started a brand new chassis for a lexan body.

Since I got the Dodge, I really like the '50s trucks.
So my choice was the Proline Ford F100 '56:

First I cut the body ( roughly ) and put a rollcage on the bed.
In the categorie which I choose the rules said the body has to bee cut free.
That's why I couldn't made a deep bed.

Further plans:

- Axial CVD
- Axila high clearence knuckles
- 35t motor
- Hobbywing Quicrun 60A 2S-3S Waterproof Brushed ESC or Axial AE-2
- Gmade NR01 + Super Swamper
- 100 mm internal shocks

I'm waiting for the light buckets and the paints.
More to come...

Hy all,

Nearly done.

To do list:

- lights
- winch
- inner fenders
- motor
- ESC
- accessories

Lot of work but not enough time, and I need a little test before season start.

More to come...

That's a great body. I have one for a future build. I don't know what I think about the plastic cage in the bed. JMO, but I like the simple look of the old pickups.

Thanks. I like that cage. For me it looks better than without.
