Thanks for the info. Have any of you ran it in some deep mud or water? If so how did it handle?

Hobbywing 1080 is waterproof, so that's good. No servo is waterproof from my experience, even if they claim to be. Personally never had an issue with any servo in water tho(knock on wood). Receivers are easy to put in a balloon and place a zip tie around the wires.

Thanks for the battery info. So you've had your SG4C for a bit. How do you like it so far? You were having a bit of an issue with it being a little top heavy. Have you been able to correct that?

I'm working on it, but it's not where I'd like it to be yet. I'm adding 8mm brass hexes to widen the trackwidth a bit and also need to play with different shock springs and reposition the rear shocks so they're more outboard. It's definitely a flex monster in stock configuration.

Even though the axles and trans are prebuilt, there is a lot to keep you busy with this kit. So many bits and pieces!

I wish I would have spent the extra money up front and had gotten the one with with metal axles.

I would get new tire foams, the stock ones are very hard.

That was a big selling point for me. The weight down low helps, and the scale looks got my attention.

I prefer less weight of the plastic variants myself.

Well even 2 feet of snow did not stop me from getting this thing back out, it seems forever ago.

How did you tuck/ run all of the wires? Seeks to have a lot of whites and candy fit all up front without it being a sloppy mess
