Very nice work! Greeley huh? I'm in Johnstown, but my shop is in Evans. Been wanting to do some chassis with stainless. Is that solid rod or tube like you said earlier?

Ok, lets see...The stainless steel is 3/16 .028 wall tubing, its not to bad to tig, but the trick is it has to be VARY clean and the fitment has to be dead on....no gaps

The green is a tamiya color, i dont remember what its call... just base in a gray or silver...

the steering is really simple, i call it a "push-pull"... Its two cylinders hooked together.. one cylinder is moved in and out by a servo, which pushes and pulls fluid to the other cylinder... the trick is to get all the air out of the system....

The wheel base is 12.5.. it looks short because i used ax10 axles but built hubs that are an inch longer...so two inches wider total

the front knuckles are aftermarket aluminium but i modified then to lift the steering up... ill post pictures

big dog status.... so many cool points, carbon, fused stainless... chrome...
why the hell you wait this long to post this ?
what other cool projects you hiding ?

that steering setup is killer, and i foresee an onslaught of new steering setups rolling into rcc station soon.
