| Took Ralph out today.
Through the most hated course at Pointes West...The Devil's Driveway. Here's a sequence I shot on one of the sections that gave folks fits earlier in the year. Anyway, thought I'd share. I know how folks love this rig. |

Ralph has a long history here on RCC. He's been the test mule for a good number of parts, and was the first ever Wheely King axled crawler. Ralph was originally built by rckjeep... Scale Tuber new frontend 2-2-05 pics. Then I bought it from him and have rebuilt it a few times. No video, just camera in one hand and the transmitter in the other. Nothing like taking pics/video while driving one-handed with your thumb on the steering wheel. |

| No, didn't lay on the ground this time. Just sat down and went to work. When we went to Atlanta for the scale crawl at Destroyer's place the wife was just standing around snapping pics like a tourist. I pointed to the ground and told her "All the good shots are down there." She didn't get it...had to explain it to her. |

| Many, it is built like a a tank!! He was dropping it on the floor at the condo in Moab, it shook the concrete slab with it's pigginess! It may have cracked it too, the floor that is!!

Yeah, it was funny when Rodney was keeping folks from messing with it at the Nats. "Don't want anyone to break it." I was like "Yeah, tell me about it." (turned Ralph upside-down, let him drop from 4-5 feet....*thwack*. | |

Ralph, the man, the myth, the legend, the only crawler on RCC with his own personality and character. The only crawler I know of that everyone refers to as He and Him. The will never be a substitute, long live Ralph! |
