Outdoor shots of the thing.

Paint looks better in sunlight.

From a distance you can't really notice the paint, but when the light hits it right, you can see the two-tone in each color.

...and don't worry, the new piece to replace the hole in the front grille is painted, just needs to be installed.

Got the hole in the grille patched and decaled last night so it's moving along. I need to paint the back side of the LEDs black so there's no stray light coming out from the back side of the buckets. (Can see the back of the LED in the 2nd shot)

Also need to add the 2nd decal around the driver's side headlight bucket.

She's back in action.

Sat and relaxed this past weekend. Put the axles back under her. She's a good looking ride.

Betty was treated to new tires (IMEX Rubicons in soft compound) and new shocks (RC4WD 110mm King coilovers).

Today her Atlas transfer case arrived.

Oh, and a unique steering servo is now in my hands - well outside the norm. ;)

Yeah, nailed that shot.

Tons of crap to be stuffed into this thing. Just need room for it all.

Betty is looking as good as ever. The Rubicons are 5.5" Right? So the front fenders look to be sitting right on top of them. I'm thinking my FlatIrons are too small, I need something at least 5.25" but don't want them any wider. Also, are those the stock "stiff" springs on the shocks?

Seeing these pics makes me want to work on Ivy right now. Stupid headaches. :(

2JSC, the Rubicons are 5.5", front fenders sit at about 6" right now...bare frame with R2 and motor installed.

If I pick the rig up the shocks droop to a hair over 6 1/2" so I'm at ~1/2 sag in the pig with hardly anything installed.

These are the stock 110mm shocks with stock springs. This pig will use all the available spring rate, trust me.

Front tires stuff into the fenders. ;)

Sweet - and I imagine so. The droop on mine with the AX10 shocks keep the tires away from the fenders and front bumper but hardly rub the shock body at full lock under full flex.

Looks good, thinking of getting them Coil-Overs now.
