It is a tight fit, But a 10t Cobalt motor will fit ..... and yes your VF dig will fit also. You will need to totally remove the tab from the chassis.

My shocks were mounted to the outside out my links, my links are in as far as i could get them..

NOTE: here i have used Maxx Shocks, The ground clearance is only about 1.75" ..... later you will see where i went back to using the ax10 shocks. This brought my GC to 3.25"

The truck was built in 3 days before Battle Grounds..... while at BG the maxx shocks had to go, the ground clearance was not working for me at all.

I found that the axial shocks are the best length for the HBZ. Anything shorter and I agree it is too low.

Looks great

I think the losi shock are only 4" ........ i would rebuild your ax10 shocks, just for the lengh, it makes a huge differance, i added 90 weight oil when i did mine. INTEGY also has Alumi. shocks for the AX10. Just remeber your ground clearance is coming from the shocks.... Your going to love the chassis once you get it on the rocks.

Did you have any issues with your dig servo hitting the tube that is running right over the top of it? I started building mine tonight and installed the DNA dig on the tranny and mounted it back on the lower skid then mounted up the carbon fiber pieces. When I went to put the tube chassis on the tube shown right above your servo is hitting. I have already removed both of the tabs from that section of the frame. Let me know if you had to do anything else special to get it mounted. I may end up making the servo bracket a little narrower to allow the servo to sit farther from the tube.
