I have had several questions about the specs of the ShaftD, so here goes:

DoubleD Berg chassis converted to a 2.75" wide skid
Traxxas Maxx shocks, Losi white springs on front, Traxxas reds in back.
Bottom links are Standard length Axial bent links.
Top links are Traxxas Revo pushrod #5318
Axial axles with aluminum knuckles and C's in front and stainless steel lockers.
Maxx driveshafts shortened to fit.
R2D tranny with Hitec 645 shifting and TCS servo mounting plate.
Hitec 5955TG for steering.
50T Integy motor
Castle Sidewinder and BEC.
3 cell 1500 mah Lipo
ProLine wheels soon to be replaced by something cooler.
Panther Cougars.
Doubled Panther memory foams in the rear.
Northwest Traction Technologies #8 Rockhammer Hybrid Reach fronts.
and a ProLine C-10 Crawler body.
I have 11 oz of weight in the front wheels, 7 oz. in the back, the ProLines are so light had to add alot of lead!

I was able to run the maxx shafts because I changed the pinion shafts and pinions to 6mm HPI parts.
HPI gear shaft- 5x6x29mm.
HPI Differential final gear set/ Nitro RS4MT.
Tower part #'s are LXTB48, LXPZX2.
This is a direct replacement with no modifications.

I used a custom made skidplate to get the berg plates wider, but others have slightly opened up the bottom link holes and used a AX-10 skid.
A shaft version of this chassis is being developed, but if you can't wait, the Berg version is available for the do-it-yourselfers that dont mind making or adapting a skidplate to meet your needs.
Thanks for the interest, hope this answers all the questions. If not P.M. me.
