ill definitely work on getting the pics up later...any particular shots ya'll wanna see? the HR dig is holding up really well...no complaints...the only thing i did was bevel the slot on the output shaft and polish it up a little...im still using the dig servo mount that i made with no issues...just gotta make sure you use the chassis brace and its good and tight...without it the chassis gets all wrapped up (i didnt have it installed while setting the EPAs on the dig servo)

Nice that you got the dig servo to fit, and that battery ought to give you some wheelspeed! Awesome!

man o man...im really loving the new batteries...ive only made it to one comp so far...the northshore comp in TN on feb 21...i hadnt ever seen berg rigs in person and their wheel speed made me jealous...problem solved! my new issue is that i keep popping the plastic stampede driveshafts off the front when im digging...who woulda thunk it...bigger tires and more power...found the next weak link! whats the latest and greatest for bombproof driveshafts?

the t maxx or revo shafts are the most bomb proof or maybe the mips.

I have RC4WD punishers on my Slingshot and a set of MIP's on my Edge. Both of them are pretty tough. The MIPs cost about the same as 1 punisher shaft cost. Either one would be a good choice.

Man talk about tight fit lol. Looks good. Do you have any problems with the BTA binding or hitting anything?

not so far...i had to clearance the 4 link plate that i made (copied from template found here)...the other thing that isnt perfect is the fact that im running standard HR aluminum knuckles (with outer hole cut off) so i had to use a small standoff to get the tie rod up above the link mounts...it went together really well though...if i can pick up some VP or CKRC high steer knuckles at some point im sure that that would clean it up a lot

Ok, yea I got myself some VP high steer knuckles was able to move my steering nice and high above my axel and far back enough that no matter which way I aproach a rock the steering links don't hit first anymore, that was the one thing I hated about having them sticking out.

And was looking into eaither buying or making my own BTA, that's when I saw you build great job, am sure once you get the HSK will 4 sure clean all that up, and great job on the servo/battery 4 link plate.

yeah...i ran it last night but had found that i needed to clearance the battery/link tray so i did that and didnt get to run it afterwards so im gonna run it this evening and see what else i can dream to do...maybe some more delrin links to change things up a little...

i think i might try running the stock 3 link setup in the front this weekend...of course i wont use stock links...but the three link seems to work well for a lot of rigs up front...we'll see
